Disney's CAMP ROCK: The Musical will be available to license for performances beginning this November.

Disney Theatrical Productions, the division responsible for such smash Broadway hits as THE LION KING, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and MARY POPPINS, will debut Disney’s CAMP ROCK: The Musical. A stage adaptation of the 2008 and 2010 CAMP ROCK Disney Channel Original Movies (with songs from both movies and a story based on CAMP ROCK 2: THE FINAL JAM), the show will be available for licensing through MTI in November. The theatrical version is a seventy-minute musical that focuses on the storyline of the sequel and features over a dozen hit songs from both popular musical movies.
The materials for Disney’s CAMP ROCK: The Musical are being finalized right now! While we’re not taking applications just yet, we wanted to let you know how to be among the first to apply once it is ready to go! We’ve set up an MTI FAST-TRACK notification so that you can be the first to hear when we begin accepting applications for the first productions!

When are they annoucing the cast like Annaleigh Ashford as Mitchie.
I am SO excited for this! I have been wanting to do a really fun show like this for a while, and I saw this movie a couple of months ago. I immediately checked the site to see if rights were available and they weren’t. This makes me EXTREMELY happy. I will definitely be doing this for our program next year!!

hey everybody…there was a camp rock musical at Chaffey High School in upland california…..i heard it was really good….one of my friends that was involved with it has said that disney is going to record it : D
